Stay Close Clothing is an independent ethical clothing company based in Oxford, founded by passionate campaigner, Sea Shepherd volunteer James Harkness (Harky).

The following delivery times are provided as estimates for mainland France (excluding weekends and public holidays):
- Tracked letter: 3 to 4 days
- Colissimo: 2 to 3 days
- DPD Predict home delivery: 24 to 48 hours
- Chronopost: 12 to 24 hours
- Mondial Relay: at a pick-up point within 3 to 5 days. Parcels must be collected within 5 days of receiving the collection notice. Please note: the pick-up point is selected after payment.

It is entirely possible to exchange a product or request a refund if it is new and has not been worn or washed. Simply write to us with your order number and the item(s) concerned so that we can provide you with instructions as soon as possible. Returns can be made up to 14 days after receipt of the order.
Items that do not suit you must be returned - at your expense - via La Poste: no returns via another carrier are possible at this time.
Books, underwear, groceries and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
