The following delivery times are provided for information purposes only for Metropolitan France (excluding weekends and public holidays):
- Tracked letter: 3 to 4 days
- Colissimo: 2 to 3 days
- Chronopost: 24 to 48 hours
- Mondial Relay: to a pickup point within 3 to 5 days. Parcels must be collected within 5 days of receiving the notification of availability. Please note: the choice of pickup point is made after payment.

It is perfectly possible to exchange a product or request a refund if it is new and has neither been worn nor washed. Simply write to us, mentioning your order number and the item(s) concerned, so that we can provide you with the procedure to follow as soon as possible. Returns can be made up to 14 days after receipt of the order.
Books, underwear, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
