Because "water is the blood of the planet" and because there is an emergency, Captain Paul Watson has signed a new hard-hitting manifesto to save the oceans.
In January 2016, a few days after COP 21, Paul Watson published an uppercut manifesto with a dramatically realistic title: Emergency! If the ocean dies, we die. Fifteen thousand copies and four years later, Paul Watson is back with a call to citizens and governments to mobilize in favor of the oceans, the true lungs of the planet that provide three quarters of the oxygen we breathe. International conferences follow one another and, while the climate emergency is increasingly urgent, no concrete decision is taken. But when you have been stirring up the oceans and minds for more than forty years, you don't give up. So, Captain Paul Watson is back in 2020 with a new, widely supported manifesto. His credo: "You can't change the world without making waves."
